ABOUT OUR OWNER
Brian Spaulding is the Managing Director and Owner and is instrumental in identifying talented and passive Managers to Executive level candidates. He has been a Defense industry Headhunter and recruiting expert assisting small and mid-tier companies, as well as divisions of Top-10 Defense companies win the war for talent since 2008. Prior to founding the company (2013), he was an accomplished Project Coordinator within the MRI Network and was a National Pacesetter (Top 5% worldwide) from 2009-2013.
